HULU announced today that the streaming service will launch with the first season “of Homeland,” which is slated to debut on Hulu in the fall.
Hulu and Netflix have been working together to create a streaming service with Homeland that will be exclusive to Hulu and Netflix.
The first season will be available on Hulu starting in October.
“Hulu is the home of America’s most popular entertainment and a trusted destination for millions of Americans, making it an ideal home for ‘Homeless,'” said Hulu CEO Chris Sacca in a statement.
“We look forward to collaborating with Hulu to provide fans of the series the best Hulu experience possible.
The show has been a huge hit on Hulu and we’re thrilled to have them as a partner.”
Hulu’s partnership with Homeland follows Hulu’s previous agreement with the Emmy-winning comedy series “Master of None.”
Homeland, based on the Netflix series of the same name, premiered on Netflix in 2016 and stars Robert De Niro, Jessica Walter, Michael Strahan, and others.
