The first step in identifying signs of anxiety is recognizing when you’re having one.
“It’s important to recognize the symptoms of anxiety and what you’re going through,” says Amy Pfeffer, a certified home anxiety expert and co-author of the “Inside the Head” series.
“I think the symptoms can be very subtle, and you need to be aware of them and take action to fix them.”
